Hello.  My name is CJ Mavor with Prudential Arizona Properties.  I have been in real estate for 11 years in Arizona, as a Realtor for the last 9.  I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Real Estate Owned Specialist (REOS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and E-Certified.  I also hold a license in Hawaii with Prudential Maui Realtors.

While most days are busy with clients, my spare time is spent developing a 156 bed Assisted Living Facility.  This has been both challenging and rewarding, but the goal is to improve many lives.

I have designed my new site with you in mind.  Get ready to have some fun searching for your next home on the map-based search. You'll be able to see area price averages and research available homes, save homes and searches, and keep track of everything in your own account, right here on my website.
 
To get started just click on the PROPERTY SEARCH tab. Once on the search page, you can move the map to the area you want to search, enter the search criteria you are interested in, and click the "search" button to see the homes appear right on the map, along with a "List View" on the side. Once you have performed a search you can save it by clicking the "Save Search" button or you can save individual homes you like. And when you see a home you like, just fill out the quick "Schedule a Showing" form to make an appointment to see it.
